Privacy Policy
Effective October 1, 2026. This policy explains what Inpatient Rehab & LTCH Index (operated by Sabr Software) collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you type into a form: your name, email or phone, and your message.
- Business details from claim forms and featured-listing purchases (payment is processed by Stripe; we never see full card numbers).
- Basic usage data: page views counted by Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
Sensitive information
Please do not send medical, financial or other sensitive details through our forms. We are not a healthcare provider or a HIPAA-covered entity, and our forms are not designed for health information.
How we use it
To deliver your message to the business you chose, to respond to you, to operate and secure the site, to process claims and payments, and to comply with law.
Who we share it with
The business you contact; service providers that run the site for us (Vercel for hosting, Resend for email, Stripe for payments); and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We honour Global Privacy Control signals.
How long we keep it
Form messages are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Payment records are kept as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of any sale or sharing (we do none), by emailing sabrsystemssoftware@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days and won't treat you differently for asking.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use HTTPS throughout and limit access to messages. No method is perfectly secure.
Business listings
Business information comes from public records. Individuals listed as license holders can ask us to review removing a street address or phone number (see Corrections).
